My wife Stephanie & I

Although I am very structured in the way I approach most things in my life, I will not take that approach to teaching History. Having first-hand experience as a football coach, I know that every athlete and student learn differently. That being said, I must approach the classroom with the willingness to make accommodations at the drop of a hat. Being able to acknowledge the fact that my students may not learn and organize information the same way as I do is key to better understanding the needs of my students.

I believe that my personality will enable my students to communicate well with me. I have always considered myself to be very approachable with my players and understanding of their needs. That being said, I am confident that I will be able to create an atmosphere where my students not only feel comfortable with me, but also with themselves.
